Introduction to Makeup
Whether you’re brand new to makeup or looking to refine your skills, find the workshop that fits your needs. Choose between a group setting or a more personalized one-on-one session.
These hands-on workshops will teach you the fundamentals of beauty makeup in a fun, personalized setting.Throughout the workshops, we’ll create two complete looks together:
• A clean, fresh daytime look
• A glamorous evening look
I will demonstrate each look by applying makeup while explaining every step, including product selection, color choices, brushes, techniques, and application methods. You’ll then recreate the look while I provide one-on-one guidance, allowing me to evaluate your technique and help you perfect your application.
What You’ll Learn
Tools – Learn which makeup brushes are essential for both eye and full face application, how to use beauty blenders and sponges properly, and the best practices for cleaning and maintaining your tools.
Skincare – Discover how to build a skincare routine tailored to your skin type, concerns, and makeup goals.
Techniques – Understand different makeup formulas and textures, when to use them, and how each product contributes to creating a flawless finish.
Day to Night Makeup – Master the techniques for transforming a fresh, natural daytime look into a polished, glamorous evening look.
Foundation – Learn how to choose the correct shade, undertone, and formula for your skin, along with seamless application techniques.
Classic Eye Makeup – Master the fundamentals of eyeshadow placement and blending, eyeliner application, and brow shaping to enhance your natural features.
Correct & Camouflage – Learn how to conceal dark circles, blemishes, discoloration, and other imperfections while creating a natural, balanced complexion.
Highlighting & Contouring – Discover practical contouring and highlighting techniques designed for everyday wear that enhance your features without looking overdone.
Included with Your Workshop
All professional makeup, brushes, and beauty tools will be provided for use during the workshop.
The session concludes with a Q&A, followed by “Clean Your Makeup Bag.” During this portion, we’ll go through the makeup products you already own to determine what should stay, what should be replaced, and how to get the most out of products that may have been forgotten. Most makeup lovers collect far more products than they actually use. This is your opportunity to rediscover those hidden gems and learn how to incorporate them into your routine.
After the workshop, you’ll receive a follow-up email summarizing everything we covered, including recommended products, tools, techniques, and an overview of both makeup looks.
